Real Bride – Charlotte Wearing Mori Lee Gown

Charlotte married Andrew in February at Mytton Fold, wearing a stunning Mori Lee wedding dress with embroidered lace appliques, crystal beading and chantilly lace. Charlotte looked so elegant in her gown and we can’t thank Kerry Woods enough for sharing these fabulous images with us of their special day…

“Our relationship was definitely what you would call a whirlwind romance. I moved in the day after our first date and fell pregnant after three months with our beautiful little boy. I fell head over heels in love with not only Andrew but his three other sons who I am proud to have as my stepson’s.”

“I went to lots of wedding fairs and scoured the internet trying to find the best suppliers. I met Kelly and Jo at a wedding fair and knew that Amelia’s was where I wanted to get my dress from. It took two visits to Amelia’s to pick my beautiful Mori Lee 5368 dress and a Mori Lee diamante belt to accessorise.”

“I tried to do a lot of the wedding DIY. I made the bouquets and buttonholes, save the dates, invitations, table numbers, place names and table plan and after a lot of research I bought the bridesmaid dresses online along with my veil which my mum spent hours gluing on individual gems to give it some sparkle.”

“I was very lucky to have Kerry Woods as our photographer who did an amazing job, Sam Gateley as our hair stylist who was fantastic and Beauty by Laura Jane as our makeup artist who made us all look flawless.”

“We had the most perfect day that ran smoothly from start to finish and it already seems a million years ago.”
